Shipping Policy

All products/orders over 150lbs/or that requires freight carrying will be shipped via Freight Truck, shipping quotes will be given as UPS Standard(ground) but will be shipped via a freight carrier. If you have residential address, require tailgate delivery, appointment, storage or any form of additional instructions it will be an extra charge.

Combined Shipping Policy

All orders, placed as one order will be shipped only when complete, any special order items will delay in-stock items from being shipped. When the special orders are past the estimated date by 5 business days will we ship partial when communicated and approved by buyer.

HEAVY AND/OR LARGE GOODS Shipping Policy

Conditions may apply for free shipping on orders over $150*. There might be surchage on heavy weight item  60 LBS AND OVER 

 

Return Policy

All items/products(exceptions below) have a full 30 Day Money Back Guaranteed on all unused and unopened tools. Original shipping will not be refunded and return shipping must be covered by customer. Refund will be issued for total of the item(s)/Product(s) value plus the taxes(if they applied). Any items/products considered as used will have a 15% restocking or more depending on condition of the tools. All items/products purchased past 30 days can be returned but will have to under go a full inspection before we decide the actual refund amount(between 15% to 90% restocking fee).

 

EXCEPTIONS:

RESPIRATORS/HALF-MASKS All new, unopened and sealed RESPIRATORY GOODS returns must be within 30 days of the date of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any return. Any opened, unsealed and USED gear cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Please note, all returns must be accompanied by a RMA number, in order to obtain a RMA number please contact us via email or CHAT. ALL returns without a RMA number will be refused and returned to sender AT CUSTOMER EXPENSE FOR SHIPPING.
